At Quadcode, we’ve been building trading platforms for over 10 years. With 50M+ users across 150+ countries, our mission is to make trading fast, accessible, and user-friendly. Now, we’re looking for a Retention Manager (Email & CRM) who understands trader behavior, speaks the language of our users, and knows how to build smart, automated communication journeys that drive engagement and retention.
Tasks:
- Launch and optimize communications across multiple channels: email, push, pop-ups, SMS, messengers, chats, calls, etc.;
- Work with content: prepare briefs, test hypotheses, and collaborate with designers to produce strong creatives;
- Run A/B tests, monitor key metrics, and identify growth opportunities in Asia, LATAM, and AME markets;
- Collaborate closely with product, analytics, marketing, and design teams;
- Create and implement new behavioral triggers, automated journeys, and audience segmentations – full creative freedom;
- Directly impact user retention and reactivation and see the results of your work in real numbers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or email marketing;
- At least B2 in English and C1 in Russian;
- Proven background in gambling, casino, or betting — deep understanding of the audience and product logic is a must;
- Ability to write effective copy for emails and push notifications;
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced workflow;
- Understanding of how ESPs work, including scenario planning and automation setup;
- English proficiency sufficient for reading and writing without issues;
- Portfolio or examples of implemented campaigns are a plus.
