We are looking for a Lawyer to an international real estate investment company, specializing in non-premium commercial real estate projects in Central and Eastern Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and verification of lease agreements;
- Ensuring compliance with Polish legislation and company policies;
- Collaboration with other lawyers and real estate professionals to properly execute lease agreements and protect the company’s interests.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in commercial law with a strong understanding of Polish legislation;
- Good knowledge of Polish real estate legislation (leasing/subleasing) (minimum of 2 years of experience);
- Experience in registration procedures and communication with banks;
- Proficiency in Polish (fluent) and preferably English at an intermediate level;
- High level of professional responsibility and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with clients.
