Our team is currently looking for someone with expertise in QA professions and the US job market. The main goal of an interviewing coach is to help our graduates land a job. You will provide individualized tech interview coaching and guidance to help students and graduates smoothly transition from our QA program to employment.
What you will do:
- Tech Coaching sessions - hold one-on-one meetings with students to help them prepare for technical interviews. Assess student performance according to our guidelines
- Tracking - update our internal system for student progress and alert teammates when a student isn’t doing well or falling out of communication
- Online events - host and facilitate career workshops bi-weekly
- Collaboration - collaborate with the TripleTen team to enhance our career products and improve user experience
Requirements:
- You have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (quality assurance engineer, career tech coach, technical recruiter, or tech hiring manager);
- You are a people person: someone who can listen and provide constructive feedback;
- You are an inspiring leader who will be able to motivate a group of job seekers;
- You are extremely well organized, detail oriented, and have impeccable follow-through skills;
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- You are adaptable and comfortable handling a range of administrative tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations
