QA Engineer

Today, we’re looking for a QA Engineer to join our cross-platform team and take on a vital role in ensuring the functionality, reliability, and quality of our product. In this hands-on role, you’ll focus on comprehensive testing, creating detailed documentation, and improving QA processes. Your efforts will empower the team to deliver faster, with greater confidence, and uphold the highest standards in every release.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual testing of the product to ensure functionality, performance, and quality standards are met.
• Take ownership of product quality, helping the team maintain high reliability while achieving faster delivery.
• Analyze and validate requirements, designs, and mock-ups to identify potential issues early in development.
• Collaborate with the team and Product Manager to discuss and propose enhancements to improve the product.
• Identify gaps in QA processes and suggest best practices to continuously improve quality assurance efforts.
• Prioritize testing efforts effectively, focusing on the most critical areas for each release cycle.
• Support release and delivery management to ensure smooth deployments and adherence to timelines.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years as a QA Engineer with hands-on testing experience.
• Quality Assurance Knowledge: Strong understanding and practical application of QA and QC principles.
• Testing Expertise: Familiarity with testing mobile and web applications, including their workflows and requirements.
• Agile Experience: Previous experience working in Agile, cross-platform teams.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to create, analyze, and prioritize tasks for effective testing and delivery.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to identifying and reporting issues across requirements, designs, and final implementations.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to enhance product quality.
• Problem-Solving: Critical thinking and adaptability to address challenges and improve QA processes.

Nice to Have:

• Background in startup environments, with exposure to dynamic, fast-paced projects.
• Experience testing Telegram apps or e-commerce products.
• Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with blockchain and Web3 technologies.
