What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain microservices.
• Design and implement backend system architectures.
• Optimize performance and monitor services.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve outages.
• Apply modern approaches to improve code quality.
• Continuously learn and contribute to project development.

What We're Looking For:

• Over 3 years of experience in backend development with strong Python skills.
• Proficiency in multiple frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, Falcon, aiohttp.
• Solid knowledge of SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL).
• Experience with containers (Docker).
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining microservices.
• Familiarity with resolving production incidents.
• High levels of autonomy and proactivity.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Clean Code principles.
• Familiarity with Hexagonal Architecture.
