The Growth team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Revolut’s growth across the globe.
With a community-driven and marketing-driven approach, they ensure our features are the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region.
Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets and use their know-how to grow the brand and our customer base at breakneck speed.
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to manage and bring our acquiring products to market.
You'll be running tests, developing go-to-market strategies, executing campaigns, and analysing customer insights.

What you'll be doing
- Identifying customer needs and understanding how our product works globally to create data-driven, actionable insights for product teams
- Independently driving impactful go-to-market launches by owning development of audience strategy, messaging, positioning, etc.
- Developing research plans to uncover customer insights, steer and validate the product roadmap, and stay on top of the competitive landscape
- Working closely with product and marketing teams to brief them on customer insights and value propositions to successfully execute campaigns
- Running experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigour to campaigns for informing the go-to-market strategy
- Delivering campaigns with a solid bias for growth and business impact
- Scaling product marketing efforts globally by operationalising resources, such as playbooks for regional marketing teams
What you'll need
- Experience within B2B product marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably in a hyper-growth global tech company)
- A passion for Revolut’s products
- Knowledge of markets and competitive landscape in the fintech or payments industry
- Expertise setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from cross-functional teams
- A solid track record in B2B marketing and an understanding of channels, including in-product, digital, PR, and offline activations
- A demonstrated ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights to inform campaign strategy and product development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to talk to anyone and work in a dynamic, high-performance environment
