What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle – from ideation and roadmap creation to delivery and optimization.
  • Translate complex customer and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to build innovative, compliant, and scalable software solutions.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize features and make informed decisions that align with strategic goals.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in regulated industries (e.g., finance, insurance) to ensure compliance and user trust.
  • Define and track key product metrics, evaluating performance and continuously iterating based on feedback.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales to maximize adoption and impact.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS, data, or API-driven products.
  • Proven ability to define product vision and execute across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and cloud-based software development.
  • A background in or strong familiarity with compliance-heavy industries (e.g., Fintech, Insurtech, Medtech).
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills backed by a solid understanding of product metrics.
  • Experience working remotely and asynchronously, with strong self-management and communication abilities.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). German language skills are a plus.

Bonus points

  • Experience working in the Industry 4.0 domain
  • Exposure to or interest in data security, compliance tech, or API-based ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Confluence, or similar product management platforms.
