movingo is a Dubai-based accounting and business setup firm that helps entrepreneurs start and grow their companies in the UAE: from incorporation to tax filing. We value honesty, clarity, and care for our clients. Now we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will take full responsibility for generating qualified leads, managing a small in-house marketing team, and driving measurable growth.
What you will do
- manage and coordinate our existing SEO, PPC, and copywriting specialists
- build and execute lead generation funnels through webinars and online campaigns
- identify and launch new channels and approaches for acquiring leads (ads, partnerships, email marketing, Telegram seeding, etc.)
- set up and manage newsletters, landing pages, and campaign tracking
- analyze performance data, optimize funnels, and continuously improve conversion rates and cost per lead
- ensure marketing activities directly contribute to qualified leads delivered to the sales team
What is important
- fluent Russian and English (both required), Arabic is a plus
- strong expertise in performance marketing (PPC, SEO, funnels, analytics)
- ability to manage a team and at the same time execute campaigns hands-on
- structured mindset and ability to keep multiple processes under control
