Patent Lawyer

Now we look for an experienced Patent Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our business development team to identify inventions and innovations eligible for patent protection;
• Develop and execute strategic patent filing strategies aligned with our company's goals;
• Conduct thorough patentability assessments and invention disclosures
• Prepare and prosecuting patent applications to navigate the patent approval process effectively;
• Maintain and oversee our intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights;
• Conduct comprehensive IP landscape analyses to identify opportunities and potential risks related to competitor patents and emerging technologies;
• Be the point of contact for external consultants with regards to patent related matters.

Requirements

• Law Degree; IT related Master's or Ph.D will be considered an advantage.
• Previous patent law firm proven experience of at least 5 years;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to think independently and fully integrate into a high achieving team environment.
