We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and exporting data from provider dashboards to support financial metrics
- Daily transaction reconciliations with banks and payment providers
- Monitoring transaction accuracy and identifying errors, duplicates, or anomalies
- Tracking and controlling cash flow movements
- Preparing data for financial reporting
- Communicating with providers and internal teams on operational matters
Key competencies:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial operations, operational analysis, or reconciliations
- Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Experience with reconciliations: accounting, transactional, or settlement
- Experience in fintech, banking, or payment solutions will be an advantage
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and adapt quickly to changes
- Higher education in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- English level: Intermediate or higher
