Monitoring Engineer

We are currently strengthening our team and looking for a Monitoring Engineer to manage and optimize monitoring systems, enhance reliability, and handle incident management. If you’re passionate about system stability and performance — we’d love to have you on our team!

What You Will Work On:

• Manage, maintain and optimize monitoring/logging systems infrastructure.
• Develop and implement monitoring/logging tools to ensure system health.
• Analyze system performance and capacity, implement improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Proactive and reactive incident and problem management across supported systems,  troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of system architecture, processes, etc.

What We Expect:

• Over 3 years of experience with Linux distributions.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Hands-on experience with logging tools (Elasticsearch, FluentBit).
• Over 1 year of experience with Cloud (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Good knowledge of containerization (Docker).
• Experience with CI/CD tool (GitLab CI/CD, TeamCity, etc.).
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash).
• Practical experience with version control systems.
• Solid understanding of networking and security (TCP/IP, SSH, SSL, VPN, etc.).

Would Be a Plus:

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Opensearch.
• Experience with VictoriaMetrics.
• Experience with Atlassian products.
• Information security orientation.
