About the Role:
Weβre growing our team and looking for a specialist to team up with our UA expert to manage ad campaigns and scale acquisition strategies effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage ad campaigns for iOS/Android (Google Ads, IronSource, and other sources).
- Work with mobile analytics through Appsflyer.
- Set up and optimize campaigns to meet specified KPIs.
- Develop creative strategies, propose hypotheses, and test creatives.
- Analyze competitors and identify new market trends.
- Assign tasks to designers and contractors for creating campaign materials.
- Maintain reporting, plan campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
What We Expect:
- At least 2 years in User Acquisition in a product company (B2C).
- Strong skills in setting up campaigns for iOS/Android in Google Ads, IronSource, and Meta.
- Understanding of how SKAdNetwork (SKAN) works.
- Knowledge of AppsFlyer, Firebase, and their integration with advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a high sense of responsibility.
- English level: B2 or higher.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience managing large budgets ($100k+).
