Mobile UA Manager

We are looking for a Mobile UA Manager to join our Marketing Department.

Job Responsibilities

Campaign Management and Optimization:

•   Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Apple Search Ads, and other mobile ad networks.
•   Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CTR, CR, CPI, and CPA - A/B test ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign efficiency
•   Test and iterate on creative assets based on performance data

Budget Management:

•   Allocate and manage the budget for mobile install campaigns
•   Forecast monthly spending and track actual spending against projections and income.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

•   Analyze campaign data and user behavior to gain insights and identify trends.
•   Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and learnings.

Market Research:

•   Stay abreast of the latest trends in mobile advertising of traveling apps and app store optimizations.
•   Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

•   Collaborate with product, analytics, retention, and creative teams to align user acquisition strategies with product development and analytics tools.
•   Provide user experience and app functionality feedback to improve user retention and engagement.

Key Qualifications

• Experience in running mobile advertising campaigns – travel industry is a plus
• Understanding how AppsFlyer and mobile attribution works
• Experience with mobile applications after the release of iOS 14.5
• Experience in WW markets is a plus
• Experience in setting up end-to-end analytics
• Curiosity and the ability to think 'outside the box' and look for creative solutions
• English - Upper-Intermediate (B2)
