Mobile Developer

We are looking to hire an experienced product-oriented Mobile Developer to help the product team build a great mobile experience. The primary focus will be implementing new user interfaces and features with automated tests.

A good candidate is hard-working, dedicated, and comfortable working in a cross-functional team of m-shaped professionals.

Tech Stack

• React Native (version 0.70.6)
• Libraries for navigation: @react-navigation/stack, @react-navigation/bottom-tabs, @react-navigation/native
• Analytics, messaging, performance: firebase, amplitude
• Data storage: async-storage, clipboard
• Geocoding: react-native-geocoder, react-native-mapbox-gl/maps
• Localization: i18next, intl
• HTTP requests and data manipulation: axios, mobx, query-string

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our team to bring pioneering user interfaces and features to life, elevating the mobile experience.
• Deliver meticulously organized, high-quality code in line with industry best practices, reflecting your commitment to code quality.
• Take charge of enhancing our project's CI/CD pipeline through GitLab actions, ensuring seamless deployment.
• Continuously enrich the mobile app's performance for an unparalleled user experience.

Requirements

• Showcase an extensive portfolio featuring released applications on both the App Store and Play Market. Explain your contributions and impact on each project.;
• Possess a deep understanding of React Native, with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience;
• Exhibit an advanced grasp of TypeScript, illustrating your ability to write scalable, strongly typed code;
• Understanding mobile development patterns;
• Demonstrate practical experience in integrating and leveraging Firebase features such as Push Notifications and Crashlytics to enhance app engagement and stability;
• Display familiarity with analytics services, particularly Amplitude, outlining how your insights have influenced app improvements;
• Experience with CI/CD (Fastlane, Gitlab CI);
• English is B2/C1 level.’’
• Exhibit exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, underscored by your capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• If possible, demonstrate your familiarity with Voximplant, Mapbox, Reanimated, i18next, and Dayjs;
• Highlight at least one instance where you've authored and integrated a native module into a React Native project
