Middle UI/UX Designer

Why are we looking for a UI/UX designer?

We accomplished a lot of testing and research in 2022. Some of the hypotheses were confirmed, which means it's time to implement them in the application (for example, the design solution to change Paywall increased retention from 9 to 14%). And this is where the immense pool of challenges for UI/UX designers lies: working through successful experiments and doing new research.

We work with mentally different audiences from different countries and regions, so we are looking for non-standard solutions that will resonate with our users.

Responsibilities:

• Design iOS / Android interfaces and web projects (to a lesser extent);
• Create new custom scripts;
• Maintain and control the implementation of interfaces;
• Develop a design system;
• Cooperate closely with the development.

We are looking for:

• Not less than 2 years in creating UI/UX design of mobile applications;
• Experience in conducting user research;
• Work in the IT-product company for at least 2 years;
• Professional skills in Figma and Adobe;
• Love of technology, openness to experiments;
• Intermediate level of spoken English as a minimum;
• A strong portfolio (please attach it to the response).
