Middle PHP/Python Engineer

Job responsibilities:

• Develop backend applications, services, and microservicesusing appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks
• Contribute to enhancing the architecture of existing services while developing new solutions
• Write clean, efficient code and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
• Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks to enhance overall system performance
• Assist in task organization and deadline management to ensure projects are completed on time
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives seamlessly

Requirements:

• Fluent Russian speaker
• Strong experience with PHP and Python
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing modern web projects
• In-depth understanding of OOP principles and patterns
• Knowledge of the differences between various types of DBMS
• Experience with at least one of the frameworks (Symfony, Laravel, etc.), and the ability to understand and work with framework-agnostic solutions
• Proficient in unit testing
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to communicate complex concepts simply
• Basic knowledge of Linux System Administration(configuration and administration)
• Extensive experience with Git
• Understanding of SOA, REST, and microservice architecture principles
