The Customer IT Support team is responsible for managing technical issues of company’s clients, solving any issues regarding company’s products and their user understanding.
We are looking for a talented Low-Code Developer who join the Customer IT Support team to create and maintain automations that will improve interactions between various teams and systems.
Challenges that await you:
- Develop and maintain automations on the n8n platform
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and formulate technical specifications
- Optimize existing business processes and integrate various systems
- Test and debug developed solutions
What makes you a great fit:
- Knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience with SQL
- Understanding the REST API
- Experience with N8n, Airtable or other automation platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
Your bonus skills:
- Knowledge of Python
- Experience in developing and implementing automations
- Experience with Jira Software and Jira Service Management
