Media Buyer/Traffic Acquisition Manager

Traffic bar network working on CPA/CPC. This is large platform for generating and converting. Thousands of requests per second, several terabytes of data. We use the most bleeding -edge technologies that allow us to speed up development, make scaling under high load painless, not being afraid to experiment with new things and not really saving on infrastructure.

Profile:

• You understand the general needs of online advertisers and publishers and the general advertising models;
• You can set up integration with partners (Postback);
• Analytical mind, good and confident with calculations and statistics;
• Proactive, with strong communication skills;
• Highly organized.

Skills:

• Media buyer with at least 2 years+ experience in managing media/marketing campaigns of different types (native, popunder, push notification, banner, etc)
• Able to work independently while setting up campaigns, A/B testing offers, scaling the best-performing traffic sources, and distributing the marketing budgets properly;
• Experienced in working with both CPL and CPA types of offers,
• Native speaker of Russian or Ukrainian.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Connections, searching new partners and negotiating;
• Arrange payment and  technical implementations;
• Generating ideas for new tests, A/B testing and optimize;
• Track all the sales funnel in the Pipedrive;
• Make monthly reports;
• Develop and share best practices, introduce new ideas and improve the way the organization operates;
• Participate weekly meetings.
