We’re building Stepmania, a Telegram Mini App that turns walking and social interaction into fun and shared experiences. Our app rewards users with in-app currency for daily activity, lets them play casual games, compete in friendly challenges, and connect with friends. We’re creating a lightweight, engaging consumer product aimed at becoming one of the most-used social apps on Telegram.

We are looking for someone who can help us create not just a seamless and functional product, but one that's bold, vibrant and deeply emotional.

  • Our Team and Stage: We have a team and a project in the early launch phase.
  • Our Growth Plans: We are growing rapidly and anticipate scaling our product's audience to several million active users in the coming months.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong focus on product marketing and user engagement. This role is about execution, not strategy — we have a clear direction and need someone to help us grow and improve how we reach and retain users.

Responsibilities:

User Engagement & Retention

  • Improve the user journey: onboarding, reactivation, and retention campaigns.
  • Work with the product team to align marketing with app features and updates.
  • Define and maintain Stepmania’s tone of voice across all user touchpoints.

Growth & Positioning

  • Drive social media presence and community management (especially on Telegram).
  • Launch creative campaigns that bring attention to the app.
  • Coordinate in-app events and co-marketing campaigns with partners.

Analytics & Impact

  • Track user behavior and marketing performance metrics.
  • Use data to run experiments and improve key product marketing funnels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in growing audiences and increasing engagement/retention.
  • Comfortable analyzing user behavior and marketing performance data.
  • Experience with community marketing or Telegram-based products is a plus.
  • Ability to generate and test new ideas — you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do.
  • Empathetic mindset — you understand different user types and how to speak to them.
  • Experience in social media management, content planning, or event marketing is a bonus.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • A collaborative, independent, and ownership-driven work style.
