The Bookipi Group is looking for a Marketing Manager with 4+ years experience to join the marketing team on our Australian payroll platform, Payroller.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate their ability to deliver on campaigns and drive user acquisition through their actions and the coordinated action of the team around them. The team includes SEO specialists, Paid Ad Specialists, a Social Media marketer, and an Email & Comms marketer. In addition to monitoring and ensuring the team performs you will need to lead your own projects and campaigns.
We are a Remote First company and allow full Work From Home.
In this role, you will
- Own the marketing team’s success for Payroller
- Own and report on spend and user acquisition numbers
- Own and develop the website
- Create and launch marketing campaigns – from concept to reporting
- Drive ideas for new marketing initiatives
- Build partnerships with relevant affiliate partners
Skill & Experience Requirements
- 4+ years’ work experience in a similar role
- Understanding of Australian payroll in a marketing context
- Strong experience in digital marketing roles with demonstrable hands-on success
- Commercially driven and customer centric
- Project management skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and prioritise high impact activities
- Ability to work with other marketing departments (paid marketing, SEO, brand, content, social media etc) to set and put in action a winning marketing strategy
- Experience in budget management
- Knowledge working with WordPress
- Experience working with affiliate partners
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- A demonstrated ability to communicate with business owners, HR specialists, and Accountants & Bookkeepers is a must.
