What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Intern at Korda, you’ll work directly with the founding team to grow our brand and reach new audiences. You’ll:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for product launches and campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Reddit)
  • Support Korda’s thought leadership efforts through podcasts, blogs, and media outreach
  • Create compelling short-form and text-based content across platforms
  • Build marketing funnels for social and email campaigns
  • Plan, launch, and optimise advertising campaigns across key channels

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who’s hungry to learn, loves music, and has a sharp creative eye. You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Strong sense of aesthetic and taste — you know what looks good and why
  • Passion for music and strong awareness of current pop culture and online trends
  • Experience with tools like CapCut, Canva, Figma, Make.com, ChatGPT and Perplexity
  • Fluent (C2) and idiomatic English (written and spoken)

Bonus Points

  • You’re an artist, producer, songwriter, or you worked in the music industry before
  • You have an established Reddit account with good karma
  • You have developed social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • You’re based in the UK, but we’re open to international applicants
  • You understand the basics of the music business: digital distribution, publishing, copyright, etc.
