Marketing Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and sales efforts by gathering, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights. The Marketing Data Analyst will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and inside sales teams to provide accurate and timely reports that inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Google Analytics GA4, data analysis, and data visualization is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance reports.
  • Compile and analyze data related to inbound leads, booked meetings, qualified leads, pipeline generated, and the various stages of deals in the pipeline.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM and Google Analytics GA4 to gather and consolidate marketing and sales data.
  • Coordinate with the inside sales team to ensure the latest updates are integrated into the reports.
  • Maintain and update data within HubSpot CRM to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting.
  • Prepare error-free marketing reports that provide a clear and up-to-date snapshot of the business's performance through data analysis.
  • Develop and manage data sets in CRM to generate real-time reports and dynamic dashboards.
  • Translate complex data sets and numerical graphs into meaningful narratives and actionable insights.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance business reporting processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness in the field.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, CRM management, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo is a plus and will be considered an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or sales analytics role.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Google Analytics GA4.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data reporting.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
