What you will do:
- Develop and support End-to-End Analytics;
- Increase UTMs data completeness;
- Web analytics (check that everything is okay and set up monitoring, add new tags in GTM);
- Integrate new services in analytical scripts (Hubspot, GA4);
- Make purchases very accurate and show each AE their achievements in terms of sales amount, volume, and activation;
- Make marketing researches.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English - Upper-Intermediate level or higher (B2+);
- 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst;
- Excellent analytical skills and working experience on analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Tableau/DataLens, Python);
- Working experience with GA4;
- Familiar with the basics of probability theory and mathematical statistics;
- Ability to work in an environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing;
- Experienced in calculating unit economics for a marketing (you understand CPC, CPA, CPO, CAC, ROMI, and so on).
Preferred qualifications:
- Management experience in marketing;
- Sufficiently proficient in Python for analytics;
- Familiar with educational products;
- Able to orient your work around product and user needs;
- Able to independently analyse data and generate hypotheses.
