We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer / Technical Lead to manage both the technical and managerial aspects of our projects. This person should be productive, honest, confident, organized, and highly analytical. They should align with the GWC (Get it, Want it, Capability) model and the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework, ensuring accountability and effective management.
Responsibilities:
- Setting the technical direction for projects, ensuring high quality and timely, budget-compliant delivery.

- Certifications (Preferred): AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Oracle Certified Java Programmer, and other relevant certifications.Experience:

βWorking Conditions:
- Vacation/sick leave/holidays follow the American model.
- Each employee has 15 days off per year, which can be used at their discretion.
- 1 day off can be used at any time, more will have to be approved by the team.
- Each year worked adds 1 additional day off per year.
- Official holidays: Christmas holidays (Catholic or Orthodox, so 12/24-1/2 or 12/31-1/7), Independence Day (7/4), Thanksgiving (4th Thursday of November).
