We are looking for an experienced product designer to improve the Onfy design system and lead our product design team.
Responsibilities
- Develop the Onfy design system
- Lead a team (oversee a middle designer)
- Create interfaces for mobile and web apps
- Generate and test ideas to improve product performance on real-world users
- Develop the design library
- Discuss product functionality with developers, conduct design reviews and help and monitor the implementation of tasks in development
Requirements
- Experience developing interfaces for real products
- 3+ years of experience within the Product Design or UX/UI Design
- Understanding of the principles of application and web development
- Ability to lead discussions, promote design solutions and adapt design practices
- Leadership experience
- Initiative and autonomy
- Good written and spoken English
Preferred
- Skills in graphic design and/or animation in After Effects
