We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-Level In-House Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a versatile legal generalist with a minimum of 5 years of experience, either in consulting or in-house roles. We value individuals who are enthusiastic about continuous learning, personal growth, and active participation in our collaborative and innovative workspace. This role encompasses a range of legal responsibilities spanning multiple jurisdictions, including the US and EU, with a primary focus on intellectual property, contract law, corporate law, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Intellectual property assets management
- Contract management
- Working on tickets from the team in Notion task manager
- Developing internal processes. Implement new tools and strategies in collaboration with other teams, enhancing efficiency and compliance
- Jurisdictional Expertise: Keep up-to-date with legal frameworks in the US, UK, EU, and other jurisdictions, tailoring strategies for global e-commerce operations
- Consultant Coordination: Communicate with external consultants, managing and overseeing their work to align with the company’s objectives
- Working on growth initiatives together with business divisions
Qualifications
- Law degree
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- At least some experience and understanding of legal frameworks in the US, UK, and EU
- Collaborative, friendly, and a great team player
- Fast-learner
