Junior Risk Analyst

We’re looking for a smart and driven Junior Risk Analyst to join our Risk team. You don’t need years of experience — just strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow fast in a data-driven fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team with risk analysis, reporting, and monitoring
• Learn how credit and fraud risk is managed in a BNPL product
• Run queries, analyze trends, and help improve risk processes
• Collaborate with Data, Product, and Operations to understand business needs
• Contribute to experimentation and testing of risk policies

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 0–1 years of experience
• Strong interest in data and risk analytics
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Tableau
• Organized, curious, and eager to solve problems
• Good communication skills and team spirit
