Junior Product Manager (SEO)

Remote & RelocationFull-timeJunior🇷 CroatiaManagement

We’re looking for a Junior Product Manager (SEO) to take ownership of one of our fastest-growing and most profitable acquisition channels: Organic/SEO! You will be responsible for optimizing the organic performance of all of our platforms, with a focus on experimentation and technical SEO. From identifying new keyword opportunities to collaborating on large-scale technical changes, you’ll lead the charge in improving our search rankings and driving traffic that converts.

In this role, you’ll lead a cross-functional team of Software Engineers and own your roadmap, backlog, and KPIs, ensuring the product vision aligns with our business goals. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you’ll have the autonomy to experiment, learn fast, and iterate.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver SEO Strategy and Execution: Implement SEO strategies that maximize organic traffic growth, focusing on keyword optimization, technical improvements, and content enhancements. You’ll manage the existing SEO roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that have the highest impact.
  • Experiment with and Optimize SEO Tactics: Lead experiments & refine on-page and off-page SEO elements. You’ll collaborate with content, engineers, and other stakeholders to test and implement changes, iterating quickly based on results.
  • Manage Technical SEO Projects: Work closely with Software Engineers to plan, prioritize, and implement technical SEO improvements. You’ll ensure the site architecture supports SEO best practices.
  • Analyze and Report SEO Performance: Track SEO performance - you’ll provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize Site Structure and Content: Collaborate with Product and Content teams to optimize site structure, navigation, and on-page elements that enhance user experience and improve rankings.
  • Stay Ahead of SEO Trends: Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure our SEO strategies remain competitive. You’ll proactively adjust plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on new opportunities.

About You

  • SEO Experience: you have a solid understanding of SEO, ideally with exposure to Fashion or Ecommerce businesses that are driving a purchase/sale.
  • Technical Understanding: you’re comfortable owning and grooming a backlog, and you know how to lead Engineers through sprint cycles with clear priorities. You don’t need to be able to code yourself, but should be able to pull/dig into data independently and help size/prioritize developers’ work.
  • Ownership Mentality: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to be done and take accountability, even for tasks that aren’t officially “yours.”
  • Startup Environment: You enjoy the challenge of working in a dynamic environment where things move fast and processes evolve quickly. You are okay with some things being very structured, and others being a little loose.
  • You are fluent in English and comfortable communicating primarily in English with team members around the world.

What We Can Offer You…

  • An opportunity to learn and grow more than you have in any of your previous roles! We are scaling quickly, and there's an incredible amount of work to be done on all fronts. We are a lean, scrappy team where everyone wears multiple hats and works closely together. You'll be able to work on projects and initiatives that interest you and expand your scope.
  • A flexible, remote/hybrid environment where you’ll have a lot of freedom and flexibility. We hire adults and treat them like adults.
  • 30 days of vacation per year, and the chance to work occasionally from our office in Split
  • The chance to have a meaningful impact on a business and see the results of your work.

What we can't offer you...

  • Perfect Work/Life Balance. Startups can be unpredictable — while we aim for balance, there will be times when evenings or weekends are necessary to keep things moving. We encourage you to manage your schedule and find ways to create balance that works for you.
  • A ton of people and resources. We operate lean and invest thoughtfully. This means you’ll need to get creative and wear multiple hats to get the job done — and we’re still figuring things out as we grow.

Our Process:

  1. Applications: we’ll review your application within 72 hours, and you’ll hear from us no matter what. We’re committed to transparency — if we need more time to decide, we’ll let you know. No ghosting.
  2. Interviews: you’ll meet with Brett first, followed by interviews with Corah (Director of Product, Hiring Manager) and 2-3 other team members. Our conversations will be a mix of behavioural questions, deep dives into your experience, and plenty of time for you to ask questions. Each session will last 30-60 minutes over Google Meet.
  3. Case Study: we’ll give you a real-world case study (compensated) to see how you think and solve problems. Afterward, we’ll have a working session to simulate what collaboration feels like at ICG.
  4. Offer: this is the fun part — we'll make an offer, and start getting ready for you to join us!
