What you'll be doing
- Own critical pieces of operations and get things done, fast
- Help build processes from the ground up (and rebuild them when needed)
- Work across product, legal, customer support, and partner communication
- Triage problems, track down answers, and drive tasks to the finish line
- Collaborate directly with founders and learn how the business really works
- Use tools like ChatGPT as your co-pilot — not your crutch
What we’re looking for
- Quick thinker and faster doer — you get the job done before someone finishes explaining it
- You love learning and actively seek out new tools, shortcuts, and systems
- You know how to talk to people — and AI — effectively
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to structure chaos
- Passion for fintech, crypto, fast-growing tech businesses
- Fluent written and spoken English
Bonus points for:
- STEM/technical background
- Previous startup or ops experience
- Comfort with tools like Notion, Telegram, Google Sheets
- You've taught ChatGPT something useful (or weird)
