The Origination CCR team is responsible for the Plata Card (credit card product), as well as for the technology platform supporting other teams within the Origination unit, which focuses on product enhancements related to credit products, such as card reissues or issuing additional cards.
Challenges that await you:
- Propose and implement ideas to enhance customer experience and drive higher conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure technical requirements are well-prepared and clearly understood.
- Engage with stakeholders to manage priorities, share timelines, and keep all parties informed.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Compliance teams to align efforts toward shared goals.
- Leverage data to monitor product feature performance and identify areas for improvement.
What makes you a great fit:
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
- Higher education in MSU, MIPT, HSE, NES, NRNU, MEPhI, MSTU, NSU, ITMO, ITAM, SPBGU, BUIR, BSU
- Business/system analyst or Product/project manager role experience of at least 1 year
- Basic knowledge of statistics and A/B testing
- Basic knowledge of prioritization frameworks and team management skills
