We seek a customer-centric Lead Development Rep (LDR) to join our team. The successful candidate will manage inquiries and marketing-generated interest from small businesses. The role involves creating a fantastic buying experience for the small business segment and delivering high-quality sales opportunities for our channel partners. As an LDR, occupy the critical space between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring a quick and efficient connection between potential customers and Sophos' channel partners.
What You Will Do
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the security threats faced by small businesses and uncover their security requirements. Provide advice and innovative ideas to help them minimize security risks.
- Facilitate the management of inquiries and interest generated from small businesses by providing a prompt and efficient connection between prospective customers and Sophos' channel partners.
- Act as the liaison between our marketing teams and channel partners by being proactive, consistent, and highly organized in your approach to managing leads and opportunities.
- Utilize sales tools and processes to track progress and improve performance.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of Sophos' products and services to effectively convey their value to customers.
- Deliver top-notch chat engagement to both prospects and customers on Sophos.com with a white-glove approach.
- Be flexible and willing to provide coverage for colleagues as needed, including those in the Chat Development (CDR) team.
What You Will Bring
- 1-2 years of work experience in customer-centric roles, preferably in a sales or marketing capacity.
- Customer-centric mindset, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and experiences.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying up to date with new technology and tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Comfort with remote work and a reliable remote setup.
- Amenable to working on the late shift 10pm - 7am (covering North America)
- Onsite in Makati office when requested at the manager's request
