Junior Lawyer

We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. You will

• Conduct legal research and provide insights and solutions to legal issues.
• Review, negotiate, and draft contracts and other legal documents.
• Translate legal documents and ensure compliance across different jurisdictions.
• Provide tailored legal advice and assistance to the HR and Finance departments.
• Handle copyright infringement cases and prepare necessary legal documentation.
• Engage in daily activities such as responding to emails, participating in meetings, and providing ongoing legal support to various departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About you

• LL.B. degree (e.g., UFAR, YSU, Slavonic) and an LL.M. from a US law school or AUA would be an asset.
• 1-2 years of experience as an in-house legal assistant, preferably within the tech industry.
• Strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, with a solid understanding of intellectual property issues relevant to Armenian and US laws.
• Proficient in English and Armenian; Russian proficiency is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively identifying and researching complex legal issues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
• High professional standards with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
• Good academic and professional track record, with additional qualifications in tech law, considered an asset.
