Responsibilities
- Assist CHRO with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Keep candidate pipelines and team communication flowing
- Proactively search for talent beyond TON Jobs (Telegram, job boards, etc)
- Maintain HR records, schedules, and support policy rollouts
Requirements
- Some experience in HR or admin roles (internship or part-time is okay)
- Good communication and people skills
- Russian language is a must-have (please confirm in your application)
- Bonus: Familiarity with Web3, crypto, or gaming communities
