Junior Email Developer (HTML)

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We’re looking for a Junior Email Developer to join our Retention Marketing team: someone who’s excited to grow in the field of email marketing and sharpen their HTML email development skills.

Tasks:

• Code responsive email templates based on ready-made designs (with support from a mentor);
• Test emails before they are sent (we’ll teach you the process);
• Support the setup of email campaigns and help organize recipient lists;
• Collaborate closely with experienced email developers and marketing specialists.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (and a desire to learn more);
• At least B2 in English and C1 in Russian;
• Ability to build simple email templates;
• Understanding of responsive design principles or a strong interest in learning them;
• Curiosity about how email campaigns are created and delivered;
• Experience working with Figma or other design tools (even at a beginner level);
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work;
• Comfortable asking questions and open to feedback;
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
