Salary: 5,500 USD per month + bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Trade a wide range of financial instruments.
- Develop, maintain, and improve trading strategies and algorithms. Run trading desks.
- Manage the execution and risk of complex trading portfolios.
- Run projects with developers from the IT department.
Minimum requirements:
- Education: Graduated in 2022–2025, preferably in a STEM field.
- Skills: Strong mental arithmetic and analytical abilities (tested).
- Coding: 1–3 years of experience in any programming language.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Flexibility: Open to relocation to Dubai.
