IT Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive efficiency and continuous process improvements in 2 teams working closely with each other, up to 10 professionals total.

You'll be responsible for two technical teams of System Engineers, C++ backend developers, C++ client developers, ensuring optimized processes, rhythm of work, risk control, team members’ motivation & autonomy.

Tasks to be solved:

• Set and enforce the rhythm: planning, milestones, deadlines, grooming, reviews, retros.
• Ensure each team process or policy is purpose-driven, applied on time, data-validated, feedback-refined, and simple.
• Track focus, blockers, scope shifts; react fast.
• Proactively identify, rank, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Provide actionable data on team results and velocity; launch delivery acceleration from the data.
• Run action-oriented 1:1s; deliver real-time, life-changing feedback.
• Facilitate sharp, outcome-driven meetings.
• Organize performance-review activities.

The ideal candidate would:

• Have 3+ years of project management experience.
• Be able to demonstrate past successes in managing 2 teams simultaneously.
• Have a proven track record implementing Agile methodologies.
• Have a proven track record in resolving delivery risks and issues.
• Be able to propose and make data-driven decisions.
• Have had success implementing task-tracking tools.
• Be an excellent facilitator of meetings.
• Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Show exceptional self-organization skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver constructive, actionable feedback consistently.

The following would be to your advantage:

• English to B1 level.
• PMI, PRINCE2 certification.
• Knowledge of how to create analytical reports.
• Experience in QA or Release Management.
