Role & mission
Your mission is to build and scale the creator acquisition channel for NUMI — from the first manual integrations to repeatable growth mechanics, primarily in the US market.
This is a hands-on role: you personally find creators, reach out, negotiate, and launch integrations, while continuously testing hypotheses and cutting what doesn’t work.
What you’ll be doing
- Independent sourcing, outreach, and purchasing of creator integrations in the US and globally (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Launching integrations that drive registrations
- End-to-end production of integrations: from idea and brief to publishing and tracking
- Rapid testing of funnels, CTAs, formats, and promo codes
- Performance analysis: ER, clicks, registrations, CPA per creator
- Direct communication with creators and users, collecting feedback and product insights
- Identifying and building repeatable acquisition mechanics
- Building a systematic and scalable creator acquisition channel (processes, tracking, reporting)
Must-have
- Experience working with and buying creator integrations in the US or global markets
- Willingness to be fully hands-on: outreach, negotiations, revisions, publishing, tracking
- Strong understanding of short-form content and native integrations
- Ability to measure performance and make data-driven decisions
- English level C1+
- High level of autonomy and speed in uncertain environments
Nice-to-have
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or the creator economy
Why NUMI
- Direct impact on growth and revenue
- Opportunity to build a key growth channel from scratch
The creator economy is growing fast, but 90% of creator integrations are still a lottery rather than a controlled channel
We want to turn creator chaos into a predictable growth machine.
Ready to do it? Send your resume and tell us about:
- your most successful or most failed creator integration: who it was, the format, and what went right or wrong
- how much it cost and what results it delivered
- the key takeaways you got from it
We’re waiting for you.
