PER:FORM, an award-winning international communications agency founded by former Microsoft employees, is looking for a specialist to build and manage ambassador and influencer program for a tech/SaaS company.
What you’ll do
- Design and manage ambassador and influencer program end-to-end
- Research and analyze the creator and influencer landscape across platforms
- Identify, shortlist, and onboard creators aligned with brand positioning
- Develop outreach strategies, messaging, and collaboration formats
- Prepare briefs and participation guidelines for creators
- Manage approvals with the client, publications, and ongoing creator relationships
- Coordinate reporting, performance tracking, and program optimization
What you’ll bring
- Experience in influencer marketing, ambassador programs, or creator partnerships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple streams in parallel
- Ability to create and critically assess content, including complex deep-tech and B2B topics.
