We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR People Partner to join our team and support key business units. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring HR strategies and practices effectively support organizational goals and foster a positive employee experience.

Tasks:

  • Provide expert consultancy to managers on a wide range of HR-related issues, including performance, development, and compliance;
  • Develop and implement work plans that align HR initiatives with business objectives;
  • Support and guide the identification, development, and retention of top talent and key roles;
  • Advise managers and employees on matters related to employee experience and engagement;
  • Facilitate and support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and successful integration of new hires;
  • Monitor employee engagement and implement initiatives to improve morale and satisfaction;
  • Handle employee relations issues, including grievance resolution and conflict mediation;
  • Manage the offboarding process, including dismissals and conducting exit interviews to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR advisory or people partnering role;
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and talent management;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach;
  • Proven experience in global, international companies;
  • Russian and English languages are a must.
