We’re hiring an HR Generalist to join a distributed international team (10+ countries), with a clear growth path into an HR Business Partner role.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end onboarding and adaptation
- Performance management (KPIs, reviews, development plans)
- Employee relations: 1:1s, engagement, wellbeing
- Partnering with managers across international teams
- Culture initiatives, eNPS, retention programs
- Offboarding and HR analytics
- Participation in HRIS implementation (BambooHR)
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist/HRBP in a dynamic, KPI-driven environment
- Strong business partnering mindset
- Solid international HR experience (beyond CIS-only)
- Hands-on experience with cross-cultural teams
- IT and/or e-commerce background is a plus
- Change management skills; ability to stay effective in uncertainty
- High ownership, drive, and proactive attitude
- Connection to Israel / interest in humanitarian projects — a plus
- English C2, Russian C1+
