About The Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Generalist to help us double our revenue and improve user conversion rates. We know there's massive potential to unlock conversion growth through smart marketing strategy, creative campaigns, and data-driven optimization.

We need someone who can think strategically, generate ideas, test new channels, and own the entire marketing funnel from acquisition to conversion.

What You'll Do

• Own growth strategy: Develop and execute full marketing strategy to double revenue — from acquisition to conversion optimization
• Launch multi-channel campaigns: Run paid ads, email campaigns, on-site promotions, and test experimental channels to find what works
  
• Execute end-to-end: Build landing pages, create campaign visuals, and handle execution yourself — or quickly coordinate with contractors when needed
• Move fast with data: Analyze performance, iterate quickly, and make autonomous decisions without waiting for approval
  
• Drive ideas to results: Bring fresh marketing ideas and own them from concept to measurable impact
  

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in marketing — real experience with acquisition, conversion optimization, and running campaigns
• Generalist mindset — you can do strategy, execution, analytics, and don't wait around for someone else to do it
• Self-sufficient and autonomous — you can work independently, make decisions, and own outcomes
• Startup mentality — you're comfortable with ambiguity, moving fast, and doing whatever needs doing
• Results-driven — you care about metrics and growth
• Partner approach —  you bring ideas, push back when needed, and think like an owner
