What you’ll be doing

• Unlocking growth opportunities by understanding our business and its processes through data
• Managing project tasks that ensure execution excellence for marketing initiatives
• Developing digital channel monitoring and tracking to measure and drive impact
• Proposing clear and actionable solutions based on data and deep-diving into complex topics
• Building solid business cases to set the strategic direction for the Growth team

What you'll need

• Fluency in English
• Impeccable project management skills and attention to detail
• Impressive storytelling skills
• A willingness to think deeper and find solutions to make a project succeed
• A strategic mindset to be forward-thinking
• The ability to quantify data and make conclusions based on findings
• A proactive attitude
• To feel comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience in growth or marketing roles
• A good understanding of digital marketing measurability frameworks
• To be in the top 10th percentile of your degree in business, economics, or engineering
