Generative AI Engineer

We are actively implementing AI into game development. To speed up this process, we have created a cross-project team. It functions as an internal center of expertise, advising teams, selecting solutions, and integrating tools into workflows.

Our goal is to bring generative AI into the art pipeline, helping artists scale creativity while maintaining a consistent visual style across a huge volume of content.

We are currently looking for a Generative AI / ML Engineer who will work closely with the production producer to train and advance the models for the art style stabilisation and bringing the quality to a whole new level (backgrounds, characters, match-3, and UI elements).

This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus). Find out more here.

Tasks

• Training generative models in Playrix's corporate art style — fine-tuning models (LoRA, DreamBooth), LoRA training.
• Creating and optimizing prompts to achieve the desired artistic result.
• Working with ComfyUI and other AI tools to build convenient pipelines in production. .
• Writing guidelines and training artists in AI tools.
• Experimenting with new approaches and training strategies to achieve the ideal style.

Customize character styling according to the artistic requirements of the project.

Select and optimize inference parameters (Guidance Scale, Denoising Steps, Base Shift)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as machine learning engineer.
• 3+ years of experience in working with Generative AI/Deep Learning (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).
• Experience with diffusion models (Stable Diffusion, FLUX, Imagen, Qwen).
• Experience with generative models (fine-tuning, LoRA, DreamBooth).
• Experience with ControlNet, T2I-Adapter, Style Transfer tools.
• Understand the principles of dataset preparation and balancing.
• Experienced in inference customization and image generation.
• Fluent Russian language.
