What you'll do:
- Plan user/competitor research and create clear and concise design documentation
- Create design and development of game narratives, mechanics, progression systems, rewards, monetization models, and any other game design-related components
- Contribute and participate in team planning and strategy development
- Openly share your work with the Founder and Team, and receive and leave helpful feedback on all aspects of game development
You're a Good Fit if You have:
- 2+ years of design experience as part of a product team working directly with developers; 1+ year of current best practices in the Web3/RPG/blockchain/nft industry
- Understanding of game balance, game economics, and user psychology, as well as the ability to make quick decisions
- You have a portfolio that demonstrates design excellence, attention to detail
- English B1 minimum
- Experience working with a remote team
