The role
- Be the key team member binding the raw outputs of the research process into top-class B2B-focused presentation materials, website pages and other needed graphic forms
- Develop and update data representation templates suitable for data updates automation, lead and own data presentation part of the company’s research process
- Take care and responsibility of company official external communication forms, style and standards from emails/biz cards to presentations and web-sites
- Together with research team be creator and designer in styles and infographics to simplify understanding of complex financial information by clients
- Build and assert the high standard of information presentation in the company on graphical, logical and EQ levels
Expertise must-haves
- Experience with financial and/or VC presentations in both PDF and web formats
- Fluent in functional design approaches
- Proven ability to extract, optimize and communicate core business logic with graphics
- Understanding business logic and methods to bring it up to conscious and sub-conscous through managing attention of viewer using graphical methods
- Fluent English & Russian (verbal and written communication in English expected daily)
- Base analytical skills, strong systematic thinking and self-organization skills

Work format and terms
- Full remote, full-time
- Semi-flexible work hours. Need to be available for pre-agreed calls and team sync during 08:00 - 20:00 CET
- Market salary depending on candidate’s seniority + bonus to be agreed
