What youβll be doing
- Selling franchise licenses in the US market (key KPI: number of franchisees onboarded)
- Working with different customer types (sports professionals, parents, entrepreneurs) and adapting to their motivations and decision-making styles
- Handling inbound leads: qualification, calls, and online meetings
- Managing the full sales cycle: from first contact to contract signing
- Delivering product presentations (Zoom / Google Meet), including financial model breakdowns
- Working in CRM: tracking leads, managing deals, ensuring data quality
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience selling franchises / licenses / complex products (full-cycle sales) in international markets (US experience is a plus)
- Experience selling and negotiating in English and/or Spanish
- Ability to work with different customer personas and adapt communication accordingly
- Strong understanding of CRM and sales funnels (stages, conversions, metrics)
- Availability to work US time zones
- Self-driven, able to deeply understand the product (not just follow scripts)
- Experience in startups or scaling-stage projects
- Interest in sports / football / youth-focused products
