Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Review our current management processes and make them faster and better.
- Oversee key workstreams, diagnose execution gaps, and ensure decisions turn into delivery.
- Lead cross-functional task forces to solve urgent performance gaps or launch entirely new business initiatives from scratch.
- Deep-dive into data and roadmaps to provide the Founders with a clear, honest picture of how the business is performing.
- Work closely with the Founders and management team to ensure strategy is translated into execution across all functions.
Requirements:
- STEM degree (Math/Physics/Engineering) from a top-tier university.
- 7 - 10+ years of experience in high-intensity environments (top-tier consulting/investment banking/high-growth tech), including hands-on leadership in a STEM/quantitative business.
- Proven track record of owning cross-functional outcomes end-to-end and delivering measurable impact under ambiguity.
- Exceptional problem solving skills with a proven record.
- Strong stakeholder management up to Founder/C-level.
- Fluent English and Russian.
