Team & Role Details
- Location: Remote (Global)
- Team: Marketing
- Reports to: CMO
- Type: Full-time
What You’ll Drive
- Webinars & Events (end-to-end): Run 2–3 webinars per month: one large, high-impact session with a well-known expert, plus 1–2 more targeted sessions. Own the full cycle, from speaker sourcing and positioning to promotion, execution, and follow-up.
- Experts & Partnerships: Build and grow relationships with industry experts and media partners. Drive co-hosted webinars, partner-led distribution, and joint content opportunities.
- Post-Event Content Engine: Turn every webinar into a stream of content across founders’ social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and beyond). Build the system that captures and distributes it.
- Post-Webinar Funnels: Focus on what happens after registrations—turn events into ongoing conversations, content flows, and pipeline.
- Execution Momentum: Manage multiple parallel threads (events, speakers, outreach, content) and keep everything moving. Unblock issues as they arise.
- AI-Powered Workflows: Use tools like Cursor and AI agents to speed up outreach, research, and content production without sacrificing quality.
You Know How to Get Things Done
- You’ve run webinars or events end-to-end from concept and speaker outreach to promotion and follow-up.
- You’re comfortable with cold outreach to industry experts and conference speakers and know how to move a conversation from intro to confirmed commitment.
- You have exposure to performance marketing (media buying, paid acquisition, SEM, UA) and understand how these teams think and what problems they’re trying to solve.
- You communicate confidently in English (C1+) and can represent us clearly in writing and on calls with US-based experts, partners, and audiences.
- You have hands-on experience using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, agents, automations) in your daily work: you’ve built at least one workflow that delivered measurable impact (time saved, output improved, or results achieved). You know how to review and challenge AI outputs, not just generate them.
- You understand how content and events connect to business outcomes — pipeline, not just registrations.
- You take full ownership: you move fast, don’t wait for permission, and can manage multiple parallel threads (events, speakers, content, outreach) without losing control.
- You’re comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-context environment — and can bring structure where there isn’t any yet.
It’d Be a Plus If
- You’ve worked with US influencers or global industry experts
- You understand LinkedIn content dynamics (what works and why)
- You have experience in B2B tech or SaaS companies
- You’ve built automation workflows (Make, Zapier, n8n) or AI agents beyond basic usage
