Now we’re looking for an Email & SMS Marketer who knows how to re-engage audiences and maximize retention performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, launch, and optimize email and SMS campaigns for Nutra offers
- Create automated sequences (welcome, upsell, cross-sell, reactivation)
- Set up triggered campaigns, A/B tests, and audience segmentations
- Prepare copy (DE/EN), banners, and templates
- Analyze performance metrics: open rate, CTR, CR, delivery rate, revenue per send/message
- Manage the database: cleaning, segmentation, and conversion growth
- Work with tracking systems and ROI analytics
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in email/SMS marketing
- Proven experience in Nutra / Health / Beauty niches
- Understanding of the DACH audience specifics
- Proficiency with ESPs (Selzy, Klaviyo, MailWizz, eSputnik, SendPulse, etc.)
- Experience with SMS platforms
- English or German at a level sufficient for content adaptation
- Strong analytical mindset, proactivity, and attention to detail
