Email & Content Marketing Specialist (Part-time)

We build these bootcamps to:

  • Help businesses see clear learning ROI fast.
  • Support companies in staying competitive as technology and workflows evolve.

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations / Email & Content Marketing Specialist — someone who can bring clarity to fast-moving processes, write strong copy, manage campaigns, and support go-to-market initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Set up and manage email campaigns in Mautic: segmentation, triggers, templates, reporting
  • Write and adapt marketing copy for emails, landing pages, and posts in English
  • Actively use AI tools (LLMs, Apollo, Clay, LGM, etc) to speed up content and research tasks
  • Coordinate and help maintain CRM and outreach tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) — monitor lists, update data, and support outreach campaigns
  • Support updates in Webflow or other no-/low-code tools (basic understanding is enough)
  • Prepare visuals or adapt templates in Figma / Canva
  • Help organize marketing workflows and documentation for consistent execution

Who You Are:

  • You have experience with Mautic or similar email automation tools
  • You have strong copywriting skills: the ability to write fluent, natural English without AI fluff for B2B and B2C audiences
  • Proficiency-level English (C1-C2): excellent sense of tone, clarity, and writing quality
  • Confident use of AI tools in daily marketing workflows
  • Comfortable assisting with CRM and outreach tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of Webflow or other no-/low-code tools
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities

Nice to have

  • Background in EdTech, B2B SaaS, or startup environments
  • Experience with HubSpot workflows
  • Ability to build or customize Webflow pages
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (GA, Notion dashboards, Sheets, etc)

Growth potential:

This role can evolve into a marketing lead position: shaping positioning, messaging, and acquisition strategy for new programs. As you gain product and audience context, you’ll be able to own strategic marketing initiatives and help us define the brand’s voice and growth channels.

What We Offer:

  • Part-time collaboration: 15-20 hours/week
  • 100% remote: You can work from anywhere in the world.
  • Compensation: $25-35/hour, depending on experience and skill depth
